Ingredients and Condiments

  • Roast duck, thinly sliced ​​120 g
  • Onion, thinly sliced, 50 g
  • Tomatoes, gutted, cut into small pieces 50 g
  • Spring onions, chopped 25 g
  • Celery, cut into pieces 25 g.
  • Lemon (water) 45 g
  • 40 g of fish sauce
  • 30 grams of granulated sugar
  • 12 g chopped paprika
  • 8 g minced garlic
  • Lettuce or lettuce to garnish dishes

Cooking Method:

  • Mix fish sauce, lemon juice, sugar together and add chopped chili and garlic.
  • Add sliced roasted duck meat and mix well, then add onion, tomato, spring onion and celery and mix gently again.
